Crystal Reiki is a form of healing that combines the two alternative healing modalities of reiki and crystal healing.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on of hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us.

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace and well-being. By adding crystals to the treatment, one will benefit further from the attributes of each crystal chosen. The crystals will be placed directly on the body in a straight line over the chakras (energy centers) of the body.
